General Qualifications:
  • Graduates from reputable universities:​
          ○ Major in Accounting, Finance, Management - for Finance & Accounting Division
          ○ Major in Information Technology - for IT Division 
          ○ Major in Psychology or Management - for Human Resources Group
  • Excellent academic results (min. GPA of 3.00)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in both oral and written English
  • A team player with strong analytical ability and high motivation
  • Proficient in the use of standard business software

Qualification:
  • Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting from reputable university

Supervisor Application Developer
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the application analysis and design activities
  • Build web applications
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure that the application is align with the business requirement
  • Maintain and support the applications to ensure that they are running properly
  • Improve overall application development process continuously
  • Carry out routine security and performance checks

Must-have proficiencies:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science (S1 Informatics; TI/SI)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in web application programming
  • Analysis and design experience
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages including HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript
  • Strong knowledge of databases and operating systems, especially in MS-SQL Server
  • Ability to quickly adapt with new software and technology
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented

Good-to-have proficiencies:
  • Logical thinking skill
  • Understand general business processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proficient in English
